The Performer is a pre employment assessment designed for testing hourly employees.











Quick Review:
The Performer is almost is the same as Scoreboard except it also contains a basic math and numerical perception scale.  It is an hourly assessment that measures  the same  ten personality dimensions as the Scoreboard.


Applications:

The Performer

The Performer is an assessment for entry level and basic hourly jobs. The Performer is available in two versions.  The Customer Service Performer is for customer service oriented jobs in hospitality, retail, food service, etc. The Production Performer is for distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, trucking, and delivery type personnel.  The Performer assessment takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and contains:

  • 28 questions which measure the individual's math skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.


  • A numerical and perceptive assessment to determine the accuracy of an individual in identifying matching numbers, symbols and signs.


  • Direct admissions questions regarding prior drugs, alcohol, and theft on the job.


  • Ten personality (behavioral) traits which provide the following information:

    1. Energy and drive level

    2. Integrity, dependability, and reliability

    3. Personal organizational skills

    4. Ability to meet and deal with people

    5. Level of self-esteem and ego

    6. Assertiveness level and willingness to take direction

    7. Level of team spirit Vs. being individualistically competitive

    8. Level of mental toughness

    9. Ability to ask questions and probe

    10. Desire for job security Vs. recognition on the job


The Performer report contains:

  • The narrative segment which explaining the individual's math skills, numerical and perceptive ability, direct admissions regarding theft, alcohol or drug use, and individual's traits in each of the ten personality dimensions.


  • A graphic matrix comparing the individual's actual scores to the desirable benchmarks for the job.
